The Riga-area factories — Ecospace, ILUMHOUSE, ARMA, Brette Haus and others — tend to publish real prices and turn out clean timber-frame and panel homes at some of the keenest ex-works numbers in the Baltics. Latvia sits in the middle on logistics — generally routed via Sweden or German ports before the hop to Ireland. A touch more than Lithuania, a touch less faff than the furthest Estonian routes. Confirm whether a quote is ex-works or delivered before you compare it to an Irish price.
