What the labels mean
Listed
We found the supplier or model and added basic buyer facts, but the Ireland evidence is still incomplete.
Evidence reviewed
We have checked public sources, model pages, pricing, delivery notes, direct replies, company signals or third-party references.
Factory reviewed
Reserved for a future in-person factory report with photos, build-quality notes, visit date, paid-status disclosure and limits.
What a factory report will cover
Enhanced listings will be separate from normal catalog inclusion. If a supplier pays for a factory review, the page will disclose that clearly and publish what was checked.
- Factory location, visit date and inspector
- Build system, materials, insulation and finish quality
- Warranty, payment terms, lead time and after-sales support
- Delivery-to-Ireland confirmation and practical shipping notes
- Photos, optional video walkthrough, limitations and unanswered questions
What the labels do not mean
ourhouse.ie does not guarantee planning permission, building-regs compliance, final price, delivery date or supplier performance. The labels are a buyer shortcut for evidence quality, not a substitute for legal, planning, engineering or contract advice.
